Ah what a disappointment!19 cardinal tetras and 1 Pygmy Cory lost
I have only had 1 dying when it got here and I have had about 6 shipments from various shippers however, most were bettas that are fairly tough fish. One order took 6 days and both fish survived and are stillthriving. The one that died was a baby betta ? but the seller replaced it ?I just received my order for 26 fish and 20 of them were DOA. It was a reputable company too, not a fly by night operation. I won’t name them until I see if they will rectify the situation but I was highly disappointed. Anyone have any luck with ordering online?

Great idea ?As others have said, email the company and politely let them know what has happened. Tell them when you actually got the fish, how they were packed and send them pictures of the dead fish (preferably still in the bag/s. Then see what they have to say.
For anyone ordering fish online, record/ film/ video the fish being unpacked from the time you bring the box inside, when you are opening it, and looking at each bag of fish. This can provide you with video evidence if something like this happens. You can send the shop the video and say "this is the box of fish and the dead fish in the bags straight after I opened the box".

I sent a picture right away and he replaced the fish..Most places who ship fish require you let them know within 2 hours of delivery. It may be too late unless you contacted the company earlier
