Best bet is try to change her mind not to kill it, just because it has an eye missing.

I asked her to hold off on it to give me some time to find a way.
I'm hoping that maybe she'll find the fact that we're trying so hard to save him inspirational and keep him.

Doubtful, but we can hope.

im thinking someone go to netherlands pick him up and send him to bettamomma

<sighs> People that can't and don't take care of the fish they breed should NOT be breeding them. Good luck BM, I really hope you get this poor guy and give him the home and life he deserves.

I second that, good luck.

i have a simple, yet obvious answer, why dosn't that person find a person that can ship to the usa, and pay her the money she owes for shipping. simple, yet effective.

I'm looking for that person right now.
I know there are very few licensed shippers in that area.
Bettaman is across the english channel - i want to tell her to put him in the english channel and have him swim over to Bettaman so he can send him to me. :)

KM- i TOTALLY agree with you.

I want this little boy in the worst way.

because of this, i am going to try to find a one eyed betta on my birthday (or no eyed, which ever i see first).

You're right. I think she doesn't want the hassle, to be honest.
I bet you right now she's REALLY wishing she hadn't posted his picture up on that site.

But I am determined!!!!

Aha, but she can ship within the netherlands.
Hence, getting him to someone who can ship to me.
