Is there anything that they should not be fed?

Hamburgers, hot soup, sushi, beer, chicken wings, omlettes, raw meat, orange juice.....the list is endless

Pizza, ice cream, cheese and marmite.


There are many things you shouldn't feed. Lettuce, carrot, spinach most veg is fine but only put in small amounts as it could spoil water quality quickly. Remove anything that's not being munched within a few minutes for the same reason.
I've heard of people throwing in salted nuts and bread but I would.

On a more serious note... My younger cousins once fed a hoplo of mine with candy while I wasn't looking. The little squeaker ate some of the candy before I could get it all out... Nothing happened. He just had a meal good enough to give him diabetes. LOL.

I feed my kuhli loaches spaghetti with marinara sauce with parmesan, but it seems a little cannibalistic to me.

I think it's the last thing anyone ever does if they approach that pepper without a gas mask and multiple layers of gloves on.

Apple Strudel and Sauerkraut also probably shouldn't be fed to fish....Unless they're german fish
