well someone told me that the thinner slender sharks are female, but someone else told me it was the other way round. They arent likely to answer to their names so dont suppose it really matters!

we have 3 balas at the minute one 9inch,1 8inch and 1 just 3 inches. They are so cute arent they

yes balas are amazing real gentle giants.Ive just had to remove the clown loach from my 4ft and they have now taken residence in the 61/2ft.They were attacking my gourami. :grr:

thankyou. ;)
still needs a lot of work but getting there slowly.I love it but then im biased.and the good thing is of course that once ive got my big tank how I want it and my fish have moved into it from the 4foot tank I can then start overhauling the 4 foot so i could be busy for a while!

You've got a great looking tank there. Helsekia, havn't your sharks eaten any neons yet? or are my eyes just seeing them in your pics?

well dyson isnt doing much housework at the minute, think hes just settling in!

yes you will have to get one and another tank set up of course

maybe you should that really big scoby from frosts!!!!!

when do we get fish photos from you then?

I haven't been to Frosts for a few weeks to be honest..

Oh yer my photo's :look: Will snap some up in the next week or so. Bit busy with other stuff at the moment.

+ thinking of going back to plastic plants as my Severum & Cigar Shark are constantly eating them all & uprooting them etc.... Looks a right mess at the minute with pieces floating around all over.

I know real plants look better, but anyway.... :/

no the sharks dont eat the neons, the reed fish did that! :grr: :*)
I know it was them you could see the bulge in the belly........wont make that mistake again!!
:*) they havent touched the wcmm though and they are the same size.

good ancient marineri hope to see photos of your fish very soon then?Iva often fancied a severum but havent really swotted up on them what are they like?

photo...relaxing after a neon lunch :hey:

He is the biggest fish in the tank at about 7inch long x 4inch deep. He is fairly peaceful most of the time except for feed time where he will just shimmy over the main area where the food has settled on the bottom & chase everyone away who comes near (Except my Hoplo's)

Don't have live plants if you want to keep a Severum btw (They are lawnmowers) I knew this before hand but you know how it is, I had to try for myself.

Paid £14.99 from frosts for him.
