New gorgeous unexpected Betta

hey guys, its been a while since I have posted here, I havent gotten any new bettas for about 4 months so I didnt have anything exciting to share until now Today I went to the dreaded Petco (I usually buy my bettas at a small LFS) to pick up some stuff for my bird and saw they had a bunch of leftover bettas, most were dying and they were all red except this one rare guy I spotted that caught my eye. He was also the healthiest of all of them. Out of all the gorgeous colored bettas I have seen I have yet to have seen one like this guy! Even the cashier commented on how strangly colored he was. I am guessing has some MG in his lines.. Even though he is a regular veiltail I think he is stunning. He is happy in his new home and very active..I had to take pics right away of course

btw right now I am calling him "rainbow" for lack of another better name, so I would be very happy if you guys could help me out on this one

his eyes are coppery red too!

thanks for all the compliments on him He's adjusted well and has been eating pigishly so I know he is healthy. anymore name suggestions?
