Need Some Names

Why do you want them to breed? For profit?

If so, be very careful that you do not mix species of the same type as they can interbreed. Not desirable when selling on.

Try Lamprologus Brevis or Lamprologus Ocellatus. Both will breed readily should you have the require parameters. Use plenty of empty shells as this is what these spawn inside and use as territories. Watching the male digging and burying the shells is highly entertaining. There are some beautiful regional variations of the Oceelatus so have a good look around before buying. Try and get the water parameters as good as you can. PH around 7.5 - 9.0, high hardness although not critical, ammonia and nitrites 0 and nitrates as low as possible. Preferably around 10 or lower as I find this can trigger breeding activity. A 19 gallon tank is really the minimum for this setup. Hope you have good luck!

Almost any Shelldweller will work in a 19 gallon so the choice is a combination between what you like and what you can get. Just go with one species though.
