wow

... Minnie looks like a different fish! He's really a handsome boy, and Shredd's fins look beautiful.

You're awesome for helping those guys! They were destined to be flushed or die at that PetSmart.
Are you still looking for a no-bark collar?? I've been an assistant dog trainer and I have a crazy pupper of my own, I've found that electric shock anti-bark collars really do nothing but scare the crap out of dogs

... generally, the bark collars turn them into a neurotic, petrified, aggressive ball of nerves, I've seen it a LOT. And even if they do work, the second they're removed the dog usually goes back to barking. A more dog-friendly alternative is Citronella anti-bark collars. It sprays Citronella when the dog barks, which does startle them, but not in a painful way... it only costs $68

If you can't find it in local pet stores (which, I've seen it in ALL of my local pet/feed stores), you can always order it securely online....

Also, I was wondering what your Dad's dogs situation is? How old and what breed is he/she? Are they spayed/neutered? Do they spend a lot of time outside? What kind of training have they recieved? Just trying to get a feel for the pup to give advice.
