My Underwater Adventure Continues

Well they have out done me, I can't catch them.
Tommorow I will be removing everything from the tank, all rock, fish, coral etc so they have no where to run.
I was going to take them to LFS, I may just leave them out in the sun.

I don't think the cleaner shrimp would have killed and eaten it. Its more likely that they died first and the cleaner shrimp then ate them.

You didn't watch them pull out the 6 inch bristle worm and kill eat, nor did you see them pinching the abalone's soft tissue to get it to drop of the rock.
Did I mention the goby they would chase?

Deed is done and they are now in a holey box ready for tommorow. Lfs is going to bung them in the sump with the other 'convicts'

EDIT- sorry if it looks like I am being a bit sharp, back hurts and I am tired :)

So the shrimp are gone and I've rescaped.

Couldn't get a sea hare today but did get

an acan

ARGH what a month this is becoming, woke up this morning to find 2 of my torch heads covered in brown jelly! It must of been the moving around or the approaching hair algae that set it off.

So out came the bucket with some water in, the wire cutters and some rubber gloves, the infected heads are now in the bin and fingers crossed my corals ( infection was in the middle) will be infection free.
I will get piccys later if any of the heads either sprout or decline.

Just got my sea hare, he is huge!!!! What an ugly brute he is, will get a photo soon.
Also got a blue tuxedo urchin as I love them, cannot wait to see what gets stuck to him.

lol EVIL shrimp. Never heard of them doing this before and mine have never bothered anyone in the past. Like everything in the marine world though nothing is ever certain :)

Lol barney it's funny, no one would believe that the shrimp would be like that even the LFS thought I was mad.
He changed his mind after they ate 3 of his snails LOL!!

Ok here is the urchin, they don't move too quick do they.

canf get a pic of the sea hare yet as he is behind the rocks grazing.
Urchins called Oliver (sorry but it had to be done)
the sea hare is called fatty ATM.

gonis have next to no survival rates in small tanks. probably something like 10% in anything smaller than a HUGE tank long term, i had one 6 months, it slowly got smaller and smaller til it was gone.

the new corals a stunner btw... a Trachyphyllia?

Orange one? Acan I think.

Will have to wait and see with the goni, I was thinking of trying to feed it with phyto later, if it dies I will chalk it up to experience but when you think that 5 years ago many corals where considered impossible to keep. Never know I may luck out.

no mate the really bright green one

Fine ATM, Its very sensitive to motion and water current change as it retracts if I wave at it lol.
No bleaching or die off yet but it's early days
