That may over stock your tank. Because I only have 15 fish in my 55g and will go back down to 13 once 2 of the angels form a pair and I consider my tank complety stocked.

Your arent completely stocked. You are almost stocked because:
a) You have 6 long-finned black skirt tetras and they grow to about 3"
B) You have a common plec which means lots of poopy and it grows to 12"
c) 4 angelfish means like 7-8" in height.
BUt honestly you can get some more fish in there. I know people on this forum that have more than 15 fish in their tank that are doing fine.
