Looks lovely! It seems the wood is poking out the top..does this mean you won't be using a lid? I ask because bettas are notorious jumpers and I would hate for El Rojo to get out!

Tks Nin! Cover is almost ready! Been using the ugly one and I hate it! hahaNinjouzata said:Not sure if I said it before but i really like the substrate. I saw you made a thread about the moss ball, hopefully it perks up.
Tank is still looking lovely, hope you can make a lid that you like In the mean time perhaps some craft mesh or saran wrap?
Tks! El Rojo is loving his home too! Plants I have are Anubias Nana stuck in all the wood..Blondielovesfish said:It's looking great! I love the contrast between the stones and the black gravel.
El Rojo is a very pretty betta! Very lucky too!
What are the plants you've put in by the rocks near the wood?
I think a crypt or two would look nice in the back left corner, as its looking a bit empty and IMO a crypt would fill the area in nicely
hahaha! yupz! that is a brown moss no doubt! hahaCh4rlie said:Very nice
Like it better with the plants in now :nods:
Whats that brown fuzzy ball?
Is that a moss ball?
Normally green.....
A DIY plastic clear white corrugated board! Pardon the ugliness! Haha!Ninjouzata said:I think it looks great ^^ Are the pipes in the back new? How is your DIY lid coming along?
