I watched it as a kid with no censorship. But it was on later in the evening, as a kind of cult show back then.

I am sorry but this song is the best....and truly I do not understand why anyone can be offended by it, its old school comedy before the...cough...easily offended...were born...its brilliant and once heard it sticks into your braincell and you end up humming it all day long

This gets played at funerals alot.....and the crew of HMS Sheffield after their ship was struck by a missile in the Falklands war in 1982, sang this song to keep morale up whilst awaiting rescue....its a wonderful song that is uplifting on the worst of days.
