on previous attempts at giving up smoking, my patches came off also, however I found out that the clear ones did this more often, and found that the normal brownish looking patches lasted longer.

Well done to u for being of them since november. We spend £500 a month on cigs so will be saving a fortune

well, I used to smoke cigs, but gave them up years ago, however...listen to this lol....I asked a friend who gave up at the time how he coped in bars, he said, get a cigar from behind the bar and just have that, great idea I thought...wrong, I started with 1 cigar a day, ended up having 20 cigars a day, costing around £580/month as I had more at weekends.

So lol, I have just quit the cigars, but god I still think about it and in many ways wish I could have carried on, but cost wise and health wise, it is best to give up if you can. Besides, I am sure we have better things to spend that sort of money on each month!

Well done I quit about 3 years ago after smoking god knows what for god knows how long. Trust me you'll feel a hell of a lot more healthier for it Plus extra money in your wallet from not buying ciggi's = More fish
