Make Forum Veiwable On...

make the forum use tapatalk, the app for smart phones. This i think would be very usefull as im sure there are many people using smart phones.

Tapatalk? I use smart phones like life support machines and never heard/used/needed this.

search for it, its a great forum app. I currently browse 5 forums and ive found this is the only one not compatible with tapatalk2. it stores all your forums you go on so its easy just to click between them via the app

People have said this before - I guess it's something fairly low on the radar of the admin and owners. As Sophie says, there is a mobile-optimised version of the site. If it doesn't appear automatically when you arrive, then scroll to the bottom of the home screen, there is a hyperlink at the bottom left saying "Use Mobile Version" - my phone then remembers to use it.

Ahhhh yes thanks lockman i wondered why the mobile version wasnt working on my phone but clicked the link and its loads easier to use now.

No problems - you can do pretty much anything with the mobile site that you can with the desktop version. Possibly uploading photos may be tricky with it, but that's all I can think of offhand.

That is one plus side of tapatalk2 it allows you to upload photos straight to the forum without the need of photobucket or simular site. Mobile version is good enough tho

yep sadly we have, already spoken about this, with a general app for this site alone but sadly as others say there is a mobile version, personally i don't like that version and would love an app but you cant please all sadly, but with regards to the mobile app, i THINK from the top of my head the conclusion was tcamos dose not have the time to do something like this but if someone where or did want to develop such a thing maybe he would listen or maybe have a look into if they where to make it? who knows i wouldn't know where to start

For me it's not a matter of time. I don't have the knowledge to create an android ap. Due to security and all I doubt we would use one that wasn't created in house.
