i have a 28 x 5 inch light cover.u know the little piece that holds the light that fits on top of the glass part of the hood.it has a flourecent light.the basic screw in at 2 ends.the long style tube.

the prob is it doesnt light my tank well enough.i want my tank to be lit up bright.what can i do inexpensivly that will light my tank well.under 10 bucks maybe.any thing works though

thanks

not sure if your question is clear enough, which might explain why no one has tried to help your dilemma...if you are not sure that the light is bright enough, i guess you could always go with fluorescent lighting...not sure how much that would cost you, but any questions as to how well your tank is lit would be instantly solved. ;)

i already have the flourecent bulb.is there a high flourecent bulb to fit my tank hood
