Leopard Danios In Cold Water?

Are leopard danios semi-tropical or tropical as I have a tank in my bedroom but no heater and it has no fish in it, and I wanted to put my leopard danios in it.

i dont think danios can live in cold water, but if you have a warm room and you can keep the temp stable then i dont think there is any reason you couldn't, after all danios are one of the mots hardy fish
