no ive heard nothing back from him since sunday so im taking the hint

ive also had someone in liverpool wanting him but also wanted him posted

im sure someone will have him that can actually collect or local enough for me to deliver......

i had to have it as soon as i saw it. cracking fish

they had 2 about the same size and i nearly got both but held back. maybe next time

would of looked sweet as a pair like
rite bonny fish i remember getting one
it made mincemeat of the bag next time
i went to move one for a mate i took
a poly box

stop it your making me want to go back for thr other now

i currently have it at 25 degrees C, would you be tempted to turn it up a notch?

If you get Uarus it will need to be about 28C because they like warmer temps. I dont see why your other fish would have a problem at 28C although that would probably be the highest they would be comfortable at long term.

well i think if i did then something would have to go to make room i have been thinking it through and it would possibly have to be the girsffe cat..... this would make the tank central/south americas again and it means i dont have to rehome a huge giraffe cat when its older

the thing is ive not even had the giraffe a week yet and im thinking of taking it out already

it is very tempting though as i really like the humbug and 2 would be great

currently occupying the bottom in the tank are -

1 x royal panaque
1 x jaguar catfish (which actually came out today in the light and looks amazing now its settled and happy )
1 x humbug catfish
1 x giraffe catfish
1 x black ghost knifefish (shares a big cave with the pleco and jaguar )

so another bottom dweller would be too much i think. im probably pushing it as it is to be honest. maybe if i speak to wharf nicely they will let me swap the giraffe for the other humbug
maybe they would like a texas too

Like i said it is at the higher end of what they like but its not high enough to cause any problems IMO.

good news ive just rang wharf and they will take the giraffe cat back and exchange it for the remaining humbug catfish thats now reserved for me

but best of all they will part exchange the texas i have left on a pair of Uarus
