thats exactly what ive been telling myself...

it will also let the bacteria get settled and more mature over the growing out stage. so hopefully less chance of any hic ups during the first few days of adding the first fish as the bioload wont be as much.

If posts on here had a "like" count or thumbs up count i'd so be pressing it that comment. Couldnt agree with you more. Too many people dive in head first and do everything in one day, not good.

I see what you mean by it'll take a while to grow them on. You'll be so engrossed in the rest of the tank and its other inhabitants you won't even notice them growing It'll be no time.

Looks great although the pic of the royal has slightly put me off getting one for my 150G

because of the poo or because of the fish.....? as always the pic doesnt do the colouration justice, it is a very good looking pleco and i love their big chunky heads
if its because of the poo then dont forget all plecos especially when bigger poo lots

Because of the poo the fish is stunning one of my favourite looking plecs. I know they do but that looks some pretty chunks stuff
