they are nice maybe when i get a biger tank i can get a few to go in it,
 
i want to set up a tank in the studio with just them and see if they will breed( highly difficult but possible)
 
good idea bet loads of them would look nice :thumbs:
 
yeah bet they would lol here the black ones ( well some) still cant get a pic of them in the tank! i will thou :D :D

trust me they look brown but they are known as black khuli loaches dont ask me why! that was taken just before i put them into the tank.

Anyone know how long the average life is on one of these fish?

We see ours around 3 - 5 times a week,
it's been resident for nearly 5 years...

We only have one, we don't want anymore as a heating cable
is going to be fitted later, they are pain to catch :D
 
no idea on life span ! will do some checking for ya!
 
after some reading, i cam up with this. There is no confirmed life span for these fish, but 10-15 years is considered the optimum life span.
