Juwel Reflectors

I have just bought 2 juwel reflectors for my rio 180 tank and was wondering how much it increased your lighting?
I think just having the two 30 watt bulbs was about 1.25 watts per gallon, so how much would it be with a reflector on each light?
It says on the box it increases your lighting 100% but I think they may be exaggerating.

The Watt per gallon guideline actually already assumes you are using reflectors.

So even if you say have 1 x 15W light on a 15 US gallon tank - you'd think that would be 1WPG. Logically it is, but for the guideline it's not - and basically assumes that you are already using reflectors as well.

I have just put them on and the tank looks brighter so hopefully it will help my plants.
