Just Increased My Corries What A Difference!

Hi ,you seem to have more floor space than me as well ,how many litres is your tank Eaglesaquarium,i`ll have to get rid of my logs to create more space?

I'll have to agree with eagle,i have lots bogwood/hidey holes in mine, and it does make the cories more adventurous in hunting around has they find plenty of food thats escaped from the others

Mine are having great fun at the moment going up the bogwood carrying on up the leaves of the java fern and back down again

56 US gallons.

also the less clutter the better, stem plants are great, then dont fill the substrate like massive rocks and crappy ornaments.

Hey! Was that a shot Tizer?

lol no mate, your tank looks nice, the bogwood and rocks look like they are "up ended" actually making floor space rather than taking away from it, which is the opposite of what i was implying.

A large flat piece of slate on the bottom is probably the worst thing to do, but propping it up one end nearly doubles the surface area for fish to feed/hide/chill out on. :) Also lets not forget there is aways water movement in a tank, fish need places to escape from it like they do in the wild.

I know, I was just pulling your chain.

You are actually quite correct. I often find a few cories tucked up under the bogwood on top of the large rock to the right in the picture.
