I didn't know that! That's even better news. I was reading and it said during acclimating it needs to be alone for a period of time. Is this true? If so how long? I've got some more fish arriving 2 days after him so if that's not long enough I can get out my other qt.

Got out my other qt just cause I read that. The seller offered me his favorite cave for $5 its ceramic and abiut 3"x1.5"x1" (LxWxH in inches) Do you think it'd be good to buy it, for stress and stuff?

Yes, even if it's a ploy for more money. $5 is worth it if the pleco really feels cozy in it.
