:good: Nice to know.

if your heading to your LFS buy some bloodworms.

add 1 cube of that

a few pincs of cabbage

around 3 pellots

2 strimps and mush into into a cup? or something.

then pour it into your tank

if they eat it. Well they obviosly like it.

If they dont eat it. then.. #41####. Recipe gone wrong.

Always nice/good to try new things. :good:

i heard some-one does something simular with beef heart?

Don't do this - it'll make a real mess. Knox, you can prepare your own mixed foods but you need to know what you are doing and freeze it too - someone put a really good recipe up somewhere but really it's not worth it unless you have lots of big fish that are expensive to feed.

BAE, let them settle in, don't foul the water by adding loads of food. Many fish don't eat for ages when in a new tank. My older kissing gourami didn't eat for 2 weeks once when she was sick but she's still with me now. Don't worry unless they show no interest in food after a week or so.

Try crushing the larger pellets a bit and roll them in crushed garlic juices to stimulate their appetite.

yeah ok

they both show intrest in food its just the oscars like a pig and the sev ust nibbles

but like you said he knows theres food there

and ill try the garlic thing

do you just crush a garlic clove then roll the pellet in the juice

thanks everyone

Was'nt it discuskeeper?

Something like that?

He used to feed it to his Discus? I Dont remember. But it did look good. ( For fish ofcourse )

Good Luck Bae :good:

Such a Massive tank would go well with marine fish, If i were you I wouldnt bother with Oscars / Sevs they get boring after a while. Get into Saltwater fill it with LiveRock maybe some corals nice lighting, some Puffer Fish / Rays, Trigger fish, eels youll have so much fun ;).
My Two Cents :good:

yep thats why this isnt as i know the cost of marine XD

yeah, that would cost an insane amount to fill up lol.

my favourite lfs has a tank close to that size, i forget the size, but its huge, and it cost them 69k to make it marine.

wow thats a tad steep XD

69k hahaha as if ??? Yeh I forgot youll need hella salt to fill that and the equipment tooooo . Forget Marine go FW maybe some puffers would be nice in there I had a Fahaka Puffer they are nice or Mbu Puffers. Or maybe WolfFish / Pirahnas :p??? :hyper:

So few people have a tank b ig enough for an MBU, that would certainly be my choice and they are pretty peaceful fish too.

The size of that tank makes me feel faint, just the thought of doing weekly water changes........and the cost of heating!!!

it was 69k, you should see the tank, it has an insane amount of live rock, and it costs around $10/lb for the regular stuff, and they used stuff that is $15/lb. so 4600-6900lbs of live rock? they sure have a bunch, plus their fish, live sand, and all that stuff.
