Internet Tropical Fish Encyclopaedia

I'm looking for the best internet site/s I can go to, which will provide me with a very good listing of all tropical fishes there exists, locations, the types of environment they live in, size, gender ID, etc The whole sha-bang.

I'm thinking the sites I normally use aren't variable enough.

Have you tried fishprofiles.com? I think they are supposed to be quite good although I don't use them much.

They also have a search where you can enter in your tank size and what kind of fish you're thinking about and what they eat, then it finds one's that match your stats (sometimes the things a little faulty in it's maths though, so make sure to double check the gallon requirements on the actual fish profile ) They give you their common names too, so you don't get all messed up trying to find them in the petstore, temperment, and where they genrally swim in that tank too...
