Even if she has passed away, a TV spot surely won't hurt I would definately do that and get Lost ads in your local paper, the papers here put free lost and found ads in so it's worth a shot.

If the bird was microchipped why cant you get its location that way. I sure am real sad over what has happened. But the grey can defend its self with almost any other kind of bird. I would sure try to track its where abouts that way...

You need closure either way....at least then you can either say goodbye or welcome her back with lots of kisses....

As an aside....I have a sulfur crested cockatoo that went missing for 3 weeks...this is a hand raised parrot that barks like a dog and talks LOTS....she showed up at my parents old house 3 weeks later.....as soon as we went and retrieved her she started screaming my fathers name!!!

She hasn't escaped since....

Lets hope you have the same kind of good news story
