I'm SOO new.. NEED help

Hello Guys.. I'm new in this hobby.. i wanted to start rearing fish striaght away.. but the only thing i know is to buy a tank with light and filter.. hahaZ.. can anyone tell me what to buy?? i wanted to have a 2 feet tank.. any difference between ehiem n atman or jebao filters?? they looks the same.. and any singaporeans here?? i hope to get things at the lowest costs.. Thanks you guys so much!!!

by the way.. i wanted to rear tetra and some small fish like rummy nose in the 2 feet tanks.. heheZ

lol i am new myself, to this site!
i work with fish i know quite abit.
2 feet tanks... hmmm You obviously need a filter and a heater!
Termoniter (dont know how to spell) and i light.
if you REALLY wanna have thing right go buy yourself a PH test kit.
They are the main things.
then there's of coure, gravel, rock, wood, plants whatever you wanna but in your tank to make it look better and also for the fish to hide. I would recomend you buy some bristlenose catfish. They wil eat your algea.
