With a Huge tree stump in the middle with all its roots in the water.
Above the waterline would be planted in bog and semi aquatic plants and ferns.
Plant the Roots with Willow Moss, Fissidens, Star Moss.
Sandy Substrate, Carpet of HC or Pelia.
Heavily Planted around the Base of the stump with Vallis and Anubia Nana Petite.

Stocking Would be:

1000 Coffee Bean Rasboras
100 Bagrid Cats
200 Various Pygmy Cories
50 Scarlet Badis
20 Black Line Gobies
100 Bumble Bee Gobies
50 Banded Khuli Loaches
10 Peacock Eels
Couple of Reed Fish

I would go for a large marine with lots of gorgeous bright coloured fish which would of course have to include a couple of porcupine puffers (puffer breeding program first ever!!!)

Or alternatively would just purchase local oceanarium just down the road, slight cheating but it comes with the staff anyways, just need to kick the locals out

i can only think of one tank i would love. it would be 20x20x10 feet (wxdxh) 113267 litres/29925 us gallons. it will have sand bottom with plenty of bog wood, vines, slate caves, hides and a few tree stumps. it would be heavily planted on one side getting lighter to the other. it would have an open top with some sort of decking so i could watch the fish from above. the stocking would be
silver dollars 100
common plec 50
peppered corys 250
clown loaches 200
what do people think could i put any other sort of loach in there or any fish anyone can think of. any comments will be appreciated thanks
