If Money Was No Issue

I'd buy the GA aquarium or make my own aquarium. You said money wasn't an issue, so there shouldn't be parameters :p
I'd hire a staff and my job would be to take care of a few of the freshwater tanks, and 1 or 2 of the salty tanks. I've got dreams, but money is an issue so I'd have to settle for working there :(
But for your parameters,
I'd love to have a 20'x5'x5' tank with a turn at the 14' mark in my bedroom. I'd fill it with exotic fish and I'd have auto w/c.

9' by 4' by 3'. I would stock it with a pair of motoro sting rays and a school of 25 discus. I would put in cobalsts, white diamonds, pigeon bloods, blue snakesskins, blue dimonds, and blue pigeon bloods.

Definitely something along the lines of a 4x4x1.5 open topped, leds, planted and viewable from all sides - not sure where Id put it though!

I would buy sea world in Florida and Shamu's tank would be in my living room

I'd have 3 tanks. (Providing space was no option either).

A nice tropical community tank, kinda miss mine now I've turned to Discus.

A HUGE Discus set up, big enough for about 18-20 fish. Red Pandas, Super Reds, Marlboros, Sunburst, etc :D

Finally, a 4 foot community marine tank. My dad has one, and I'd love to set one up. Flame angel, Bicolour angel and a Purple tang would make up the centrepiece fish, with a few of those 'luminous' corals.

A tank like T1Karmann's but filled with tropicals and viewable from all sides. Fully automated including water changing, so the only things I would have to do would be the substrate cleaning and feeding.

If money were no object I would have my fish room now instead of a year or two in the future. Think of a fish room heated to around 75F, 23C, so that individual heaters are not needed. Make it big enough that I can rack 40 gallon tanks with the end facing out, instead of the usual face. That allows me to pack them in closer. Now add in a drilled set of tanks so that I can use an automatic water change system on them. I would want to set it up for a 10% daily water change. Since my new home will be on a well, it would not require any dechlorinators. I already keep lots of tanks working but an automatic water change system and a reduced care system to keep water pristine would be far better. Today I have my tanks racked with a face showing instead of an end because the fish room is just too small for the other arrangement and most of my present tanks are 20 gallons, not the better 40 breeders. I must do all water changes manually, no automatic change system. I suspect that feeding will always be a manual thing but water care is far more important for fish health.

If the well goes foul like my grandma's did, the fish wouldn't be so happy...
Plus that there are kids around here throwing dead animals in that well. X_X

probably go with a 6x2x2 community planted tank. loads of bogwood. the seachem black sand substrate, tonnes and tonnes of plants. some sort of automatic water change built in to the cabinet(where i just fill a tank or something with a hose and let it do its thing)

and them maybe a 200-300litre species tank like cichlids or piranha
