No. There are at least twice that many species of spiny eel alone.

Here's a better way of putting it. A few hundred bony fish are routinely traded. That leaves about 29,000 that aren't. Ergo, there's something like 29,000 oddballs out there, even before you think about sharks, rays and other such things.
