I want another one.

You see - you people are supposed to be HELPING me with my addiction here.
NOT giving me reasonable advice and answers.

I guess when I get there I will see if he's still there.
You could always buy it and send it to me ^_^

Ok, now look what I've done... heh heh heh

Ok, so it wasn't a 'cellophane?' Well he was REALLY neat I thought!

I can't wait to see pics of him at his new home...it's hard to see them in the cups sometimes, because they keep moving away from you! That and my 3 year old son was tormenting the tanks, so I didn't have as long as I would have liked....

I stood there looking at them for quite a while....I too thought they were gorgeous, all of them, including the females I saw....and looked to me to be in good health.

Congrats on your new guy! We're going to Pet World this morning!

Guess if I see any cool ones there, I'll have to keep my mouth shut, so I don't contribute to your addiction any more! LOL Actually, it sounds like youre there enough!

Can't wait to see a pic of him.....he was difficult to see, because he kept moving away! Of course like I said, when I got there, he was way in back, at the near bottom. No one could see him......so to go from that to having a face pressed on the cup, I'd move away too!

:hyper:
I love him!
Here he is....

You know, I put him into his tank - he immediately started swimming around, playing in the air bubbles, he's eating etc. etc. - all the stuff that normal fish do.

I've never gotten in a perfectly normal betta right off the bat before.
It's kind of nice to be able to see him swimming around and being happy right away.

But, that doesn't mean I'm going to stop getting sickies.
Because seeing a sicky swim around normally for the first time is just as impressive to

He's BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE to have another one. I just called the better half and told him we're going fish shopping tonight :flex:

I wan another male! :p I woke up and peeked in my 120 gallon and one of the white female bettas with the red fins swam up to me and started flaring like crazy! First time a betta has ever done that to me. :p He is beautiful BTW. I am going to Petsmart this weekend...and they have lots of pretty male bettas. No females though. -_- BUT you know I will probably bring one home. :/

I have like a small tank but it is less than a gallon and I use it to breed snails. I decided it is too small for a betta.

I am thinking about buying another 10 gallon and dividing it in 2 so I can get two more males. But I have nowhere to put the 10 gallon, I have to wait until Sam moves into his apartment because he wants to bring Toggle (our goldy) with him.

I'm really impressed with stores lately - they've been getting in some REALLY pretty females lately.

Last night at WM they had several - 2 light yellow ones and one whose body was white and fins were burgundy. They were so tiny & adorable

Raech - do you think that fish flared at you because you just woke up and were scary looking? LOL ;)
