Yesterday when I returned home by bus, I had a mild heart attack. But with the combination of other illnesses, the effect was bigger than it should. The bus had to stop and I was taken outside. I broke out in sweat. It was a real circus.... everybody was watching. at the hospital I was diagnozed having a mild heart attack. But it´s still a bit restless in my chest. But I´m home now. I was prescribed a lot of rest. It´s not my first heart attack. But now I had some audience coming along with it. Even today, I do feel exhausted. My gp said that my body is in a shock. And for now, it´s a matter of taking things slow and having more rest as before.

Guess, I´ve got more time left for my fish...

Hope you feel better :). Nothing better than watching fish while you're feeling down :)!

Thank you so much, guys...:)
Oh wow. Take it easy. Rest up and of you need a change of scenery (from bedroom) go bit by the fish tank and enjoy the fish. Hope you get well soon.
Well, even in my bedroom there are some tanks.

It does relax watching those fish...
Oh wow.

That’s scary.

Hope you’re feeling much better and do take it real easy.

Thanks for letting us know.
Well, yesterday´s shock is already gone. Today is more of being aware of what happened.
A good excuse to get a couple more tanks!

Take care of yourself! Rest and fish
Well, to be honest... I´ve got sufficient tanks at the moment... I´ve just fed those fish. But the higher located tanks were a bit of a problem for me. But I´ve managed it.

Haha, more time left for the fish.. that was pretty good, makes me chuckle. Sounds like something I would say.

Hope you get rested up while enjoying your tanks and don't have tons of tank maintenance right in front of ya (especially vacuuming, kills my back when doing my deep tank so I don't imagine its much better for the front!).

Rest well, and I am sorry to hear about it happening in the first place

I hope you are on aspirin and beta blockers now. If not you should take 100mg aspirin every day and talk to your doctor about beta blockers.

Take 150mg of Co-enzyme Q10 each day to help your heart repair itself.

Don't take statin or astatin medications because whilst they do reduce your cholesterol, they also damage your liver.

Rest for the next week and then start exercising. Start out slow and try to get an hour or more each day, but build up to it.

Reduce stress, eat well, socialise and hopefully you will be better soon. Good luck :)

Thank you guys.... Appreciate it!

Fish in the bedroom? My goodness my husband would never allow it!
Well, I always had a fishtank in the bedroom. Now a couple of them. It just relaxes me.
I can see the light that´s reflected on the ceiling.
I just love it...
