I am so sick....

I just happened to pass buy a Petco today while eating lunch with my friends before going to The Met. I now know what those dixie cups that everyone was talking about. Those little guys can't even straighten themselves out in there! Anyway, they had a HUGE selection of bettas, so I went through each cup one by one. I took the all the light-bodied ones they had (4). I just HAD TO HAVE THEM. )

I can't offer any help, I'm worse

Here I am with dozens of betta and I brought home 3 more the other day , for the same reason....those darn cups. I was at our ever famous huge chain department store (you know where) and the cups were filthy,FILTHY,like soup, a few even had dead floaters , I'd really thought they'd straightened up their act but I guess since I stopped hounding them they stopped cleaning the bowls as often (grrr,just like children I tells ya)

Anyway after a threatening discussion with the manager he said the bowls would be cleaned that night and I told him I'd be back to check but in the meantime I had picked up two boys and a girl and put them in my basket (one boy being the yellow one I'd mentioned a couple of weeks ago) I walked around and did my shopping with them and thought "hmmm,if they're going to get clean water tonight I might as well put them back" so I went back over there to set them back on the shelf but....I couldn't...I told my daughter it was like they were glued to my hand

Alpha is in a 1-gallon bowl on top of the TV entertainment unit in the living room, the Three Kings have their 2.5gal tank in the living room by the window, Pinball is in a 1/2gal Betta Kit by the computer in my room.

The new guys are in 1/4gal New World containers stacked two high on top of the dresser drawer. It's dim up there so they can acclimate in peace. Their cribs are empty as this is a quarantine period for them. I will add dark-blue gravel to their minis later on.
