I moved some corals around for various reasons and took some rocks out.
Removed bottom right most rock and switched the duncan and hammer
Removed large paly rock (giving it to a friend)
Moved Kenya trees to the right
Moved wellso brain back and brought clammy forward

He's in the back left gab, you can see the reflection in the glass. He got huge and had to be moved there.

Not absolute Gab, can take weeks to months to years.

I think the duncan started with 4 heads... now has a couple dozen on it at least.

It's been awhile!!! The tank hit the one year mark a few months ago and I didn't even realize it, haha.

I kinda disappeared off here because life got super hectic for me, but i'm going to try to make an effort to get back onboard since my life has settled down a bit now.

So some updates!
I guess the most major one being I lost a few fish sometime ago when my once perfect citizen of a brittle starfish decided it was OK to eat them. It is partially my fault, because I was not home a lot and so even though the fish got fed, he was not being hand fed like I used to do to prevent this. He managed to get 3 of my wrasses in 3 days and I was totally bummed and have since removed him. So now I am only left with my two clowns, leopard wrasse and barbonious anthias.

Coral wise, I have moved a lot, taken some out, and put some new guys in, I had some problems with heat this summer and a couple things (like my duncan and torch) bleached slightly because of it, but they have since fully recovered.

One thing that still amazes me is the aftereffects my tank is still having because of my previous vitamin C dosing. I stopped dosing well over 6 months ago, but my levels are still being maintained at 0 nitRATes and 0 Phosphates despite doing very minimal to no water changes during this time frame.

I'm hoping to get some new fish in there at some point, but I'm really short on money right now so I've been relying on trading frags in where I work inorder to pay for things I need. I actually just finished setting up a new minifrag tank (10g) last night and want to really get into fragging now. Picking up a dual T5 unit for it next week.

Wooohooo!!! Have been waiting for this update for a while. I really admired your journal and every time I look at your signature, I smile. What a great tank! So much beautiful color.

Edit: You still got the cube? Was watching that one too as it has macros

I do still the cube, but it is still as it was 6 months ago: empty. I do hope to get it up one day soon, all that really needs to be done is an attachment of a light fixture to the stand

Before I forget again, when it was time to change my light bulbs, I mixed it up again. I took out the 6500k, and now I have in: 1x 10,000k; 2x ATI Blue Plus; 1x Wave Point Red Wave Bulb. The red bulb is AWESOME. Has added even more color to my corals and really makes the red/pinks in them stand out. I've seen no reduction in growth since taking out the 6500k, so I'm very happy with this new set-up!!
