Hi all am just about to replace my hozelock bioforce 2200uvc pressurised filter for the pond.

Am not sure whether to replace it with a hozelock bioforce 3000 at £52 or try the new Pond One (part of Aqua One), claritect 3000 at £105.

I am dissapointed with my old hozelock filter as it died 1 month after the warranty expired! but i can find any reviews to suggest the Pond One filter is any good , pluss its twice the price.

WOuld appreciate any feedback before I purchase.

Both have combined UV clarifier.

thanks

I agree with you. On the occassions I have had to order hozelock spares the aftersales has eaten up entire lunchtimes just waiting to speak to someone who eventually dispatches the wrong product AAAAAAAhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

It then took them so long to refund an incorrect item that i had to get VISA involved, thats one reason I would like to get out of the hozelock 'camp' now.

Will keep searching for a good price on the 'Pond One' external pond filter and would be pleased to know if anyone has any luck finding a 'Pond One' 3000UV Claritec below £105 (best online price so far).

Klein
