How To Cycle A Tank In 2 Weeks?

hey everyone.


i have just filled a tank full of water and added sponge filters, im just wondering what is the best way to cycle the tank in 2 weeks?

get some media from your LFS out it into your tank and then add a small amount of fish,

it is not an instant cycle...
its better to do what truck said, you may find some willing people on this site that send you media!

Without actually NitrAte, it is virtually impossible. Mature Media is the best way to go.

NO, I meantthat you can't cycle a tank in 2 weeks without mature media.

Australia don't you have other tanks set up? If so, just take some media from them or put your sponge filters in one of your active tanks for the two weeks, then stock slowly and keep an eye on the stats.

I think he means Ammonia... possibly. Or its a cycling system I've never come across.
