How Much To Feed?

I've seen many different thoughts and ideas on how much to feed fish. I know overfeeding is a big problem with beginners such as myself, and I don't want to have that issue. At the same time, I don't want to go to low and end up underfeeding and having my fish starve.
 
I have a 10 gallon aquarium with 3 neons, 3 glowfish, and an African dwarf bullfrog. The aquarium has the proper lights, filter, and heater, and has also been cycled and established.
 
Given the size of the tank and the amount of fish I have, how many times per week/day? I was figuring it would be once a day skipping days here and there.
 
I've read a pinch, but should it be a small pinch or a big pinch? Does anyone have a link to a video with a good example of how much to feed?

All the food added should be gone within 2-3 min of feeding. Than feeding like you suggested is appropriate. The bellies of your fish should not seem sunken in but also not overly fat. Is that frog living in there too?

Yes the frog is living in this tank as well.

Sorry. It's an African Dwarf Frog, not bullfrog.

i feed once a day - work roughly of one flake per fish but as long as its all gone within around 3 minutes thats fine

Be sure your bottom feeders ( if you have any ) are also getting some of the food.  I try to balance the food, proportionately, with the strata my fish prefer to occupy. When feeding live food such as brine shrimp, be sure to include some pellet food for species such as corys.
 
Once a day, as you stated, is fine. Skipping a day, occasionally, does no harm

If I have 2 corydora catfish and 2 rasboras how can I make sure the corys are getting food and what should I feed them on?

watch when you feed them to see if any flakes are getting down to them, however, be careful not to overfeed for the purpose of having food reach the bottom.
You can feed the corys shrimp pellets ( such as Wardley's ) and also algae wafers. These will get down to them quicker than flakes.

Corydoras catfish are not algae eaters, so algae wafers aren't the best food them. Meaty catfish pellets are what they need, as their main diet.

(And both cories and rasboras need to be kept in shoals of at least six.)

Don't think so, meaty catfish food normally comes as a pellet.

This is correct. Hikaru DOES make an algae wafer that has some other kind of food surrounding the algae part and my corys and other fish like it.  The real meaty sinking food would be pellets.
The API and Wardley's are both very good

So what do you guys think I should feed my 2 corys and 1 german blue ram on? currently they are on flake food but tomorrow I am going back to the pet shop to get something better should i look for meaty pellets?
