I have those shelves for my daughter's toys. They are great. You can add to them, take them apart, change them around. I think they can safely hold a tank.

You could get touch up paint to paint the white spots.

I've got 24 permanent residents, and 15 juvies left... not counting the pair of albimarginata, the 4 imbellis, or the many day-old fry ^_^

I've only had one spawn, but yes, the population increased by 3
I thought a lot about it and decided to only keep the fish I want to breed, so as much as I love him, I will be giving Ipos Jr. (in sig) and his matching sister away eventually... I'm just not interested in breeding from them. I'm gonna wait until summer so shipping is less risky for them, then give them away on the forum. Here are the three I'm keeping:

Gabriel (and yes, he's currently taking care of day-old fry). Not a great pic, but it shows his most recent colours

My beloved Sage  (he's my fave, but don't tell the others!)

omg synirr, Ipos Jr is the prettiest one of them all. You should send him and his girl this way ;)

The shelves are pretty sturdy but I wouldn't put more than a 1.5g on them. (I'm paranoid like that! I wouldn't want to come home and see them toppled all over!!!) They are pretty cool with the way you can arrange them too. I'm trying to figure a way to put a double wide, multi level unit for my bunny so he can have more scampering room. I'm going to attempt this after I get my next check, if all goes as planned he will be in bunny heaven!

Ok! "Fish room" pictures:

Nice pics RandomWiktor

FishEnthusiast are those 1/2g bowls in the pics you posted? They look like my 1/2g bowls.

Naughtygirlrlw how do you handle all those tanks??? I mean I can't imagine how long water changes take :S I also have a aquaview tank to ;)

My bowls are 1G. I got them at Walmart for $4 I think. I am going to be having a tank made for my bettas soon. It is going to be long but not very tall. I believe the guy is making it 55" long and 15" tall. He is going to install slots for me to divide it. I will probably divide it 10 ways giving each betta approx 4G each.

Synirr, you need to breed Sage next. He is soooo purdy

Gazoo, that is a priceless picture. How does he get along with the rasaboras?

Oh I plan to breed him alright, probably to one of the offspring of Gabriel's spawn once they get old enough (incest, tsk tsk.) The only reason I bred Gabe first is he has orange in him like the female... but now Sage is showing some yellow!!
