How Long Have You Had Your Dwarf?

Okay all you dwarf gourami owners or ex-owners. I've created this poll to see how successful people are in raising dwarf gouramis.
I've always wanted to raise dwarf gouramis myself, but my conscience always told me to stay away from them. Maybe if the vote turns out to be more positive, I might actually give them a try!

Please vote honestly, theres no shame in them dying early. After all, these are dwarf gouramis! Either you're a beginner or an expert fish hobbyist, your vote is greatly appreciated!

My Dwarf Gourami was one of my very first fish and strangely enough he also happens to be one of my friendliest fish in the community tank. He looks great when my blue led night light shines on him, prancing around like he owns the place!

I've had him since August. I'm a newbie

I had a brief look for your thread, Southern Cross. Maybe you could post a link? I couldn't find it and I don't have much time to look for it.

I put two to three years. Ages ago I had a pair for a long long time. It won't have been more than three though.

Bleh Looks like after this poll and SouthernCross' thread, this totally puts me off. I guess you'd be pretty lucky if you can even get these guys living over a year from the looks of it. I guess i'll just stick to other gouramis instead.
