we have very Hardy and good quality guppies in the uk. they are the easiest of all livebearers to keep

Yes we do and yes they can be.but lets give them the respect they deserve and treat them as well as our other fish
good water, good food and good conditions=Good guppies

My response would be, kinda hardy....I've had 2 adult, male and female and she had fry 1 month ago, not sure how many to start, but 1 month later I have 5 fry that are starting to show colors. The females gravid spot is turning dark again, more coming. In the same tank I have 4 Neon Tetras and 2 Zebra Danios. They all seem to get along. I did not use a breeding tank to seperate. Kinda let nature run its course. Feed them once a day with an occasional treat, shrimp brine. ammonia .0-.5 normally.

I've voted very hardy,my 6 thrived giving me hundreds of fry until i sold them last year...
