How Do You Post Pictures On The Forum

hiya can someone please tell me how to get pictures of my fish on the forum? i have got as far as new topic but i cant find any icons to download the pictures, please let me know a.s.a.p thanks Sue :unsure:
 
register with a site like photobucket then upload the pics there, then use the image icon (under fonts when you're posting) and past the path from photobucket into there.

i have a file on my computer that allready does that, but you know when someone does a new post and it will have something like, have a look at my tank and when you open it, it shows a few pics underneath the post, thats what i want to know what to do!

you dont have any 'files' on your computer that host a picture on the web which is what you need to do.

miss wiggles advice is exactly right, upload to photobucket (or any other generic hosting site ie imagshack) then use the code is gives you there, will be
 
That is what Miss Wiggle is talking about. You have to use a hosting site like Photobucket or maybe Snapfish. Simply upload your photos there, click the button to the right of the "+" mark and then enter the URL link. It will actually show the photo in your post so they don't have to click a link to get to it just like the one below.

:unsu im sorry but i dont know what you mean by click the button next to the "+" mark and the enter the URL link, i have uploaded the photos to photobucket and tried to paste and copy to the forum but it seems to paste the same photo, confused is not the word :unsure:
 
Under each of your photos when viewing your album on photobucket there are 3 boxes labelled URL Link, HTML Tag, IMG Code.

highlight the writing inside the one labelled IMG Code, press Ctrl and C together, then come into this thread and press Ctrl and V together.

then post that

voila!

brilliant thanks managed to do one photo, but how do you post more than one picture as it seem to repeat it?
 
also, i have found this alternative to photobucket ect ect that you dont need to register with first

they also provide you with the code you need to display
