Holes in my Fish's Head

I own an african cichlid butterkoferi. He is about 6 inches and was doing well but I noticed a small scratch on his head and nothing happened. I thought nothing of it. Well time has passed it has been a few months and more holes are apearing in his head. I'm not sure what is it. I havent added new fish. But I used to give him feeder fish. I need help on how to heal him thanks.

Thanks man it helped a lot. I overlooked it because it was call HITH. I wasnt sure what the disease was called.
