What does everyone feed? whats good? what would be recommended?

I feed my fish Ocean Nutrition's Brine Shrimp Plus as their basic flake. In addition to this, I also give the Hikari Bottom Feeder Wafers, Nutrafin Sinking Complete Food Tablets, live blackworms, and frozen bloodworms.

I just use some top fin tropical flakes with some blood worms every once and awhile. If you want a really high quality you could make your own
