Hi - I'm a newbie and have made lots of posts but never really noticed the newbie forum before !? Even though it's at the top of the page!
Had some tough times with starting my 10 gallon tank over a month ago. Took some advice from people at Petsmart - big mistake!! Well, now that I found this forum I know better! This forum is so useful. I find myself procrastinating a lot on my work just to read the posts. My bf thinks I'm crazy because I'm already talking about getting a bigger tank. I've never had fish before but I am definitely getting addicted.
Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of a good lfs in Toronto? Perhaps I should not ask questions in this forum. I found what I thought might be a good one last week. There were no dead fish, but the tanks looked overcrowded and none of the tanks had any gravel. I thought that was wierd... but I'm new to this so I'm not sure.
