ye i am tetra safe i am planin on rehoming the none fancys. My mates tanmk was ready i was just gonna take them but shes jus called an said her cat smashed it arrghhhhhhhh now i havent a clue where there goin lol

How the heck does a cat smash a tank? Does she keep cougars or something?

According to your posts on January 23rd you had 21 fish, on Feb 6th you lost 'spot' and 'flame', then feb 9th you lost 'toothbrush' then feb 16th you lost 'snape'. That's 4 deaths in less then 2 weeks which to me says something isn't right in the tank.

Now that's good detective work!

Everyone who's asked how much / how often she changes the water she actually stated a few posts ago;

i am waiting for my friend 2 set a tank up i do have a small unfilterd tank i could use for something andi clean 30-40% 2 times a weak

Mandy as backtotropical and a few others have said we are here to help and we NEED those questions answered even if they are bad answers. If you haven't got a filter just say so, if you haven't really got any means to re-home the fish then tell us and we can advise you how to do that(your best bet is aquarist classifieds) and returning as many to the shop as possible. If you don't help us out by giving the info how can we help you and your fish, the fact that your asking for help is a good thing and means you do care.
