Many of the options in your poll will not work in a 10g, but we can find some. First issue though is the water parameters. What is the GH (general hardness) of your source (tap) water? And pH too. Many if not all of the small "nano" sized fish suited to a 10g will have more specific requirements when it comes to water, so this is important.

If you have soft water I would go with a betta, if you have hard water I would go with 3-5 male guppies!
 
If you have soft water, (25 ppm/1.4 dH) that is way too soft for puffers I'm afraid
