even so, it will stress them if they don't have places to hide, and sometimes they'll argue with each other too. My fry hide under the plastic frame too, I used to wonder where they went
It's not 0.25 ppm anymore, but it's still not 0 The colour of the test was a VERY VERY light green and pretty much yellow... but still not the bright yellow on the chart. Almost though
a plastic plant would work

Ammonia going down is good!
I would still do a pretty good job of gravel cleaning, most of the bacteria will be in the filter media and the ammonia comes from fish poop anyway, so if you don't clean your gravel, then all the ammonia will accumulate in your gravel (since your filter cannot possibly process 100% of the fish poop)
I put in both the floating grass and the little bush in just to give them a choice haha They are super tiny after all! I'll try not to worry about it :3 I was planning on doing a light gravel cleaning to get the poop, but I'll just go ahead and clean everything like usual 
After a few days, they should stop hiding under there
To be honest, I have no idea how fast they grow. I think some say 4 weeks and they can be let out into the main tank. they grow faster if you do lots of water changes though.
i breed molyfish (balloon belly) and guppys and i used to breed platys but im trying in the snail buessness lol but platys are awesome and they prob will breed again and again but now you will be prepared happy fish keeping
