HELP!!! Black spots on Betta!

I just got a Betta from someone who could keep him anymore, and I noticed these little black spots. They are on every scale, all in the exact same place. Could it be his pattern?? Or parasite?? Sorry for bad camera quality

can you get a clearer photo?
from the looks of it, it looks like normal betta coloring. no signs of fin rot or anything
as you can see this one below is similar to yours and has more black spots. perhaps it is just growing into its coloring
