Gosh absolutely. Except he's so stubborn sometimes! I put a pinch in with my tweezers today to see how he feels about not being hand fed every piece. He ate all the big ones and then looked up expectantly at me for more even though there were still pieces! Luckily I could pretend I was putting the smaller pieces in and he'd eat them but he really is so spoiled. I don't know what I'll do with himMore like “Hanky” eater, am I right or am I right?
I agree. I had first two bettas, both passed away sadly, but my second one.. he ate some bug bites, he got bloated and I gave him some peas and he vomited! He instantly got thin!Lol, fish are definitely weird!
Mine will follow and come to tweezers lolGosh absolutely. Except he's so stubborn sometimes! I put a pinch in with my tweezers today to see how he feels about not being hand fed every piece. Hank does too, there's nowhere he'll be in the tank that he won't come for tweezers unless it's feeding time and he's got his back turned like a dummy. I'm considering teaching him more tricks since he already follows my fingers, jumps, and chases the tweezers cross tank. He's a surprisingly receptive fish I can give you thatMine will follow and come to tweezers lol
I wish my little Candy wouldn't be scared of my fingersHank does too, there's nowhere he'll be in the tank that he won't come for tweezers unless it's feeding time and he's got his back turned like a dummy. Hank doesn't really know what to think of my fingers actually in the water yet, but he's not afraid of them. Every single meal so far has come from tweezers so he definitely has a positive relationship with those. I think on his end it was boosted because I fed him bloodworms while he was recovering. Maybe if you put your bettas favorite food on your finger and dip it in it'll work?I wish my little Candy wouldn't be scared of my fingers
Tried everything to make him like my fingers, nothing works with himHank doesn't really know what to think of my fingers actually in the water yet, but he's not afraid of them.
