It's not I have it in my room against the wall. The only thing its next to is my 60 gallon tank and a window that is shaded by trees. So barely any sun comes through. But it gets really hot here so I'm starting to think thats what happened, so I snuck out in the middle of the night and turned the house temp down to 72.

I made it drop to around 76 last night by putting a bag full of ice in the tank but it hasent gotten any lower than that since. :\

After posting this I started thinking.. it may not be near anything that would heat it up, but i never checked the bulbs in the tank because it came with it as a kit.. I believe that is is though because they were extreamly hot. I switched it out now hopefully the temp will go back to normal.
