good names for guppy fry...

He wouldn't call them Chuck or Steve. He gives them names so he can keep track of them, he keeps a family history because he's seriously breeding. Exactly how is this confusing?

my friends mom named her big school of guppies her cleos... she had like 400 of them a 300G tank

wow thats a big tank and alot of beuatiful guppy fry but why did she call them her cleos?

because my friends mom was watching tv and a cleo commercial came on and my friend was like "was like mom we dont have a name for our fish and we should give them all one name"... and then her mom said "cleo we will call them cleo"

i love giving my fish names i have called some of my old fish (that have died ages ago)-
Ocean -- a blue guppy
Flame -- a red guppy
Princess -- a female gup
Ant and Dec - 2 danios
Martin -- 1 cute guppy fry
Simon -- deformed fry
Sparky -- yellow guppy
Bill and Ben --2 plecos
Diamand and pearl -- 2 silver mollies
