Goldfish

I have been having my goldfish for 2 years now and it used to be completely white with an orange spot on the head. Now lately on other parts of the body and in the fins an orange colour has started to appear.

Anybody knows whether this is common? Can it do any harm to the fish?

i use to have balck and orange goldfish and the black turned to orange after time. So I would think it is normal.

goldfish will often change colour. They start out bronze (when babies) and as they grow they turn orange, white, black or any combination of these colours. Some even stay bronze in colour. Sometimes when a fish is kept in captivity and they aren't exposed to sunlight they will also change colour.
It is nothing to worry about and will not harm the fish.
